1. Where and how? 29 weeks, 5 days pg. Feeling pretty good. Movement is non-stop!
2. Highlight of your week? Training my doggies to sleep on a dog bed instead of in bed with DH and I! I thought it was going to be a nightmare, but they were so good about it!
3. Weekend plans? NCAA! Rooting for Kentucky for a big payout in our brackets!
4. Are you planning any April Fools pranks today, or has someone pranked you? I'm sure most pg women will do the fake labor thing. I'd start laughing if I did that, so no pranks as of yet...

that's my favorite part of pregnancy
1. 5+ weeks post partum. I have my 6wk follow-up appt today. I am NOT happy that despite the fact I am EBF/pumping, AF has returned, This happened to me with Jocelyn too. My pp bleeding had almost stopped when BAM here comes AF. Not awesome. Today is also my last day of maternity leave. I'm super sad, but also glad that I will be getting back to my career. Next week will be tough.
2.Highlight: Connor started smiling There is a light at the end of this colicky tunnel!
3. Weekend plans: Nothing big. NCAA and getting ready for next week as much as possible.
4. I try to get my husband every year, but it's hard to find something that's not too obvious. I might tell him the doctor said no sex for 8 more weeks
1. Where and How - 13 weeks, 3 days pg and doing great! My team's having my farewell lunch today at Scotty's Lakehouse and I can't wait for the #10 combo with a sweet tea.
2. Highlight of the Week - Nothing really stands out...again. Overall it was a good week, just not overly exciting.
3. Weekend Plans - Dinner with friends tonight, then working like crazy at the house all day Saturday and Sunday. I'm moving on Friday morning and I haven't packed a thing.
4. April Fools pranks - Nothing planned and so far, so good. I can never think of anything good...

Baahaha! That's a good one!
although i'm a little bit afraid that it will be a self-fulfilling prophecy - 2 kids + sleep deprivation is not a good recipe for romance!
1. Where and how: 16 weeks 6 days pregnant - def big and showing. i'm getting lots of "so do you know what you're having" and i had my first belly tough - ugh. (although some i don't mind, like when i like the people)
2.Highlight of your week: the week got better as it went along. today we got to meet our principal for next year, so that was kind of fun. overall it was a good week and i'm just happy to cross another off the countdown list!
3. Weekend plans: laundry (and lots of it), DH is gone all day tomorrow (track meet) so an Audrey/mommy day, and then watching games tomorrow night!
4. Are you planning any April Fools pranks today, or has someone pranked you: no and no. although i hear lots of "april fools!" today at school. the kids just think it's SO funny!
2. Getting (and accepting) a job offer to be a tenure-track Assistant Professor at Franklin College starting next fall!
Congrats again! I'm so excited for you! Will you be setting up a lab?
Nope, it's a small liberal arts school (think DePauw, only not quite that caliber of students -- or tuition cost, haha)... there's a *tiny* amount of research that goes on, but it's funded by university mini-grants (like $2-3K per year). No vertebrate animal colony rooms or anything. Over the last year I've fallen in love with teaching and fallen totally out of love with the big research/grant writing/lab running thing... so I'm hightailing it out of Big Research and jumping into small lib arts. I'm over thefucking moon excited!

2. Getting (and accepting) a job offer to be a tenure-track Assistant Professor at Franklin College starting next fall!
3. Meeting DH and a couple friends at a bar after I teach today to watch Cubs opening day! Tomorrow, watching BUTLER IN THE FINAL FOUR!!
4. No, I think April Fool's is lame. Although I do love how Google goes all-out for it every year.

1. 28w6d :-) Feeling good but it's getting difficult to sleep without my back really hurting. Excited to be approaching my first goal of 30w.
2. I'm not sure!
3. Hanging with friends and that's it!
4. Nope, not into it really.
Congrats Amy!
