Now that you're a real estate expert, I have a question... Is it possible to get old listings for your house, or only when it's for sale?

I thought our realtor mentioned being able to get the previous listing on one of the houses we looked at, to see what upgrades had been done. We didn't do it on that house, and then it didn't even come up with the one we bought - but I sure would love to see if the people before us did anything here
