Update on the broken iPad2 (good news/bad news)

They are replacing it totally free of charge. HOORAYYY!!!

The bummer part is they don't have any in stock right now (obviously), so I'll have to go stand in line again when they get in another shipment. Boo.

But overall . . . YAY!!!

    For serious. He sounded really happy. AND he eked out one more sheepish, "I'm sorry again" before we hung up. Poor guy. I think he was more upset by the whole ordeal than I was.

    He IS going to be conveniently out of the country when it's time to go stand in line again. Booger.

    Hooray!  And maybe someone will have sympathy for you and your bump and will let you cut in line so you don't have to wait forever.

    That's awesome. They replaced my iPhone 4 when the screen cracked less than a week after buying it. Customer service=loyal customer. Smart company.
