I am looking for a weight loss buddy that can kick my ass over the internet, where can have check ins and such!... I just started the 30 day shred again and am going to do it every night and also do at least one walk a day outside for about an hour. I am also going to slowly add in a morning workout but I will stick to the two for now until I am more comfortable doing more. I also want to do a food journal, not count calories really, just keep track of what I eat.
I have about 100 lbs to lose and I know it will take a long time, so I am looking for a long term buddy here, for a little support! Anyone up to the job?
