  • I usually O around day 23.

However when I took soy isoflavones I ovulated on day 16.  I might try it again next cycle (not this upcoming one but the one after that). But then again...I did miscarry that one, so who knows...

It's always hard wondering all the 'what ifs' when m/c is involved Sad

I have never heard of soy isoflavones... what is that?  I would LOVE to O earlier, if my body just would!  Or at least have a longer LP (I've been taking b6 for that.)

I picked 14-15 because, before my loss, I was day 15 like clockwork. Now, well, I'm still waiting. Hopefully today!

  • Anytime between 12-16... I've read that grapefruit juice and high-fat dairy foods can bring on ovulation earlier, but I don't know how true that is.

  • For my January cycle it was 6 days and February cycle it moved up to 9 (with spotting beginning on the 6th day of my LP).  I called my OB and she said we could do CD 22 testing and I opted out of that for this cycle cause I just want to see if my body will help it get longer on its own, but if I have another short LP I'm calling back!  Good luck with the progesterone this cycle, let me know how it goes- PM me or something Smile

Oooh... love grapefruit juice, but I'm a non-dairy girl (dairy gives me un-pleasant side effects Embarrassed)... I might try that next month!
