39 wk. update

Had my 39 wk. update this morning. All is looking good since last week. Shocked that I haven't gained any weight in 3 weeks..Surprise. but OB said this is common at the end of PG. Baby girl's HB was a strong 140, although I haven't made any progress since last week. Still 2cm and baby's station is still high (although I feel so much low pressure from her dropping.)

I'm due on Thursday, so I go back then for my next appt. He said I can go overdue if necessary since I'm hoping for the VBAC as long as both baby girl and I are not under stress. If I go over, they will start NST to check our progress.

SO very happy yesterday was my last day of school for the year, and now I'm on spring break. Plus, it's a new month, and I made it past DD's bday yesterday without going into labor. Yes I will just take it easy this week hoping she decides to come soon!

    I'm so jealous you are getting to relax at home! I'm also teaching until spring break but ours isn't until April 21! So I have 3 more weeks of being uncomfortable and waddling around my classroom. LOL. It has to be an awesome feeling knowing you are done and just sitting around waiting for baby girl to come. Hope you get to meet her soon!!

    So glad to see this update, and so glad to see that you are done and now can relax for a little bit. You are with Dr. P, right? I'm glad he is so supportive of a VBAC. Are you planning to deliver at KMC or at Southview? I had a friend deliver at Southview recently but I wasn't sure if they were equipped for VBACs. Hope you can relax and rest and I can't wait to hear when she makes her appearance! Good luck!

    Great update!  I'm glad you have made it past Madelyn's birthday :)  Enjoy your time off and get some relaxation time in before the new little one arrives!

    I'm so happy you're still pregnant  :)  And feeling well, of course!

    Things sound good.  Can't wait to see what your new little one looks like!

    Sounds like things are going well.  Congrats on making it this far!  I hope you're able to get a little relaxation in before the little one makes her arrival.  Can't wait to see pictures!

    YAY!!!  I am so excited for you!  Congrats and enjoy your time b4 your baby girl arrives!
    Our kids are 19mths apart and we LOVE it!!

    I totally agree with this!  But at least ours starts April 18.  Anyway...  good luck mama and enjoy the rest before you have a newborn!  (and well timed too!)
