Has anyone taken cephelexin while pregnant?

I was prescribed this because of a bacteria infection from a toddler pool and wondering how common this antibiotic is prescribed for pregnant women. I am a little nervous, even though dr. approved it.

    i got sick a few weeks ago and had to take a round of cephelexin and then another round of a zpak. You will be ok and so will the baby:)

    I just got done with a round for a UTI.  I can't take some of the more common antibiotics for UTI because of a sulfa allergy.

    I've been on 3 rounds of different antibiotics for 3 different things from the beginning of my pregnancy and they're totally safe. It's much worse to let any infection go without treating it.

    yes, and augmentum (3 times) and one other antibiotic too.  sigh.  she is still fine.
