DD was given a crocheted blanket since about 8 months. Then when we switched her to a toddler bed at 18 months we got her a pillow pet that she now sleeps with every night along with her usual blanket and the comforter to her bedding (but she usually kicks that off right away.)

DD has been sleeping with the same crocheted blankie since we moved her to the crib at 2 months. Its now her favorite thing, she pulls it out of her crib and drags it around the house all day. But nothing else in her crib.
He has a blanket. He likes to cuddle during the night, so he's always cuddled up with his blanket, seahorse or lovey...and sometimes all three at the same time.

DS has several blankets and stuffed animals in his crib. He likes to snuggle with his blankets and usually ends up with one balled up as a pillow. Guess it's about time to get him a pillow.
LO now has a floor bed. She has a pillow that is on the flat side, three of her "babies", and two blankets that we put over top of her. One is a baby blanket with satin edge and the other is a light down throw blanket.

DD has thrown the toddler pillow out of the crib but she has several blankets in there with her. And she's actually been using them the past month or so.
Yes, both. He has been using a Taggie type blanket I had made on Etsy since 6-7 months of age. Since 10 months he has had a pillow as well. Since a year he has also had a few small stuffed toys as well. He know when I put him in the crib and give him his Blankie that it's time to sleep. He snuggles with his Blankie and sometimes one of the stuffed animals. Every now and then I see he has wedged right up again the pillow - not sure if coincidence or on purpose.

DD has had a lovey (one of those tiny blankets with an animal head) in the crib for naps since about 6 months, and at night since about 8 months. We started covering her with a very light blanket around 9 months. No pillow yet.

Neither of the girls have pillows but they both have blankets. Ava does not like being covered so she usually throws it off her. Lauryn likes it though.

My daughter wears a sleep sack for warmth. She does take a blankie to bed, but it is not used to cover her up. It's a knit blanket that she's had in her crib for ages now - since about 6 months. It's her comfort item. She has to have it against her cheek to fall asleep.
Our LO sleeps with 3 blankets- one comforter and two blankets. It's not for soothing, it's for warmth. It gets cold up this way and his room doesn't heat very well.
blanket since she was about 3 months old .. pillow for the last 6 months.
she sleeps w/ a blankie, its her lovey.

Ophelia has like 4 or 5 blankies in her crib. She has for months now. She likes to be covered when she is put down and later in the night she likes to snuggle into her covers.
Mia's always had a blanket in her bed (yes, I know the risks...it was literally the only way we could keep her warm enough in our house). Ben has had an open weave crocheted blanket since about 4 months in his crib.
Re: Poll: Blankie to bed?
DD's had a stuffed animal connected to a small blankie toy and her sleep sack since about 6 months old.
She's had a regular, thin pillow since 13 months old.
And she's had a blanket (not a comforter, just a blanket) since about 15 months old.

blankie, light one now, the weather has been warming up, she loves a fluffy one to rub her in her face and most of the time she holds it to sleep.
we are trying to make her sleep with a pillow between her legs, although it lasts for some minutes, we want to create her the habit.

I don't know when/if we'll add a pillow.
