please share your easter brunch ideas

I'm hosting Easter brunch for the first time this year and need some menu ideas. I think I have the breakfast end of things covered so mostly need more lunch type recipes. Theres only 6 people coming so I'd like to avoid anything that makes huge quantities (like ham). What are you ladies making this year?

My MIL or myself usually make a quiche and then I also like to serve it with a fresh salad with a light vinaigrette. It helps to break up the heaviness of the quiche.

When I make food for these types of things I usually go with a Fruit Pizza, Marshmallow Fruit Salads, anything fruity and springy. Sorry I don't have links to recipes, but I know there are tons of Fruit Pizza recipes if you just Google! I try a different one every time.
