book recs for 2.5 yr old and bringing home baby??

need your help ladies...

my sister is struggling hard core with her 2 week old and 2.5 yr old.  Her DS is used to all the attention and wont let grandma help my sister and wants to be in the middle of everything.  hes acting out and smiling and laughing when disciplined.  

Any books that may give her guidance?  Thanks!
