When docs say that your AF should start 4-6 weeks post m/c do they mean the actual day you m/c or when you stop bleeding? I only ask because I'm now on day 12 of bleeding and I might loose my sanity if it's 4-6 weeks post completion of bleeding. I just want AF to come so I can wait my 2 cycles and get back on the horse again. Ugh!

I believe Day 1 would be counted as the first day you started having to use a pad with your m/c. This is all such a headache. I am sorry for how crappy and confusing this all is.
My miscarriage started 1/12 and I bled for 17 days ..my next period started Feb 12...no one is going to be the same ..I would say from when you start bleeding

I'm so sorry. The waiting part is awful. It took 8 weeks for me to get AF (post D&C) with my first loss, but just 30 days with my second loss. Each loss and each person is different. I hope AF shows this month for you.
