The last two weeks I am stuck at the same weight and just can't seem to get past it. I've been eating good still and my weight just doesn't budge. A couple months ago I was working out, if I start again will that help me get over this plateau? Any suggestions are very much welcomed.
Re: How do you get past a plateau?
yep, change it up. add some calorie burning exercise, walking swimming. maybe weights or weight building moves like push ups or squats. That scale won't know what hit him.
good job!
My heart is as open as the sky.
Read about it on the blog
2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.
Weights, but must give you burn on the 8th rep, struggling to do 10. Do 2 sets. You wont get big, I dont just get very lean. Not 5lb weights that you can do 50. Sprints, walking lunges. I personally have done juice fasts for a day and its helped. Not if your breast feeding or pregnant though.
Weights and sprints have worked for me.
Good luck
