Does anyone sell 5 slim shorts?

Gah, DS is in desperate need of shorts for summer and his 4t shorts from last year are a little too tight. I bought some adjustable waist 5t shorts from JC Penney but they were huge on him!

Any suggestions?

I think Gymboree does. They had 4 slim pants the last time I was looking.
