Sorry, this doesn't actually exist.
What has worked for you flat tummied mommies I am so envious of?
ETA:
I'm thinking of starting a pilates class then I remember I'm broke. Oh dear.. Yoga is cheaper, but that's a different thing entirely.. Seems.. slower. [I've done yoga, not pilates, though.]
Re: Pooch-B-Gone!
I haven't had a flat tummy since I was in high school, but I AM 10lbs below my pre-baby weight. My secret is simple...I don't have time to eat. I'm either cleaning my house, running errands, or LO hears the food touch my lips and screams at me.
Spanx help too.
I started wearing a compression garment the day I left the hospital. I bought them from www.designveronique.com and they hold everything in. It helped to get rid of the water weight from Isla and the IV's. I have one that goes from just below the breast down to my knees. It gives a sleeker silihouette to my clothes and reduces the muffin top.
Drinking tons of water helps too.
You really have to work on your transverse abs, which is hard because they are hard to isolate. I've done a little research on what exercises to do for those and this is what I've come up with...

I've been doing those and have definitely notices that my core is strengthening slowly but surely!
Same here
The weight is pretty easily melting away, but there's still that flab! I've never had a part of my body with an underside
((((((
HA!
I can't seem to isolate any ab muscles.
This. I bought some pilates DVDs a few years ago and still use them. Pilates classes are too expensive and I don't have time to attend a class after work because I'd rather spend time with DS, DH and be at home. No flat tummy yet, but working on it. The two cookies I ate probably won't help
Ooh, thanks! I'll check those out.
And it looks like there are some pilates DVDs on Netflix to watch instantly. Awesome! I forgot to look there. Thanks for the reminder, ladies.
Exactly! Sorry Husband, but the stretch marks are here to stay and I may never wear my bikini again. If it bothers you that much, turn the lights off!
If I try that I'd choke.
Too much to suck!
& Baz, BF isn't the problem.. it's my shirts! Damn things..
