Pumping and antibiotics?

I have strep throat.  Praying that baby girl doesn't get it!  Anyway, she's at daycare today so I can get some rest so I'm pumping.  I know that amoxycyllan is compatable with BF and I am taking my pills right after a nursing session so that the minimum amount is in my BM.  But does it matter if I give her this pumped milk right away or if I save it for later?

no, your body metabolizes most of it minimizing impact to baby.

When I was sick recently (and had antibiotics), I tried to give DD the milk I pumped the next day because I figured that milk had the best antibodies for her immunity to whatever the nasty cold that I had.

Good point.  I was hoping to rebuild my freezer stash, but I think I'll just go ahead and send it to daycare tomorrow.
