weird back pain....normal?

In the past few hours I've had this strong back pain but it's only in the left side. It's not like a sore muscle kind of pain but more radiating pain- like nerves.

I've had the normal lower back/tailbone tension but this is different. Has anyone else experience this?

    Yup, I've been lucky enough to have that with this pregnancy too! Try moving around or changing positions to alleviate it. You could also try hot/cold packs to see if that helps!

    If it is radiating, it's probably your sciatic nerve. generally will start on one side of your back, kinda by your butt and radiate down your leg and into your hip. Changing positions generally helps.
