So, today is my last day at work!

I am happy to have the time to stay home with dd this last summer before she starts school. I'm glad that I have such a great severance package that it allows be to take that time with her, and with ss who really seems to need someone around FT right now. He's having serious issues with school and his grades, and pretty much needs to be watched like a hawk and constantly encouraged to do his work. (He tests really high on mastery testing, just seems to be lazy and defiant about his schooling)

I am however a little irritated that on April 1, my first day as a SAHM, it will be SNOWING!! When is this never ending winter going to turn into Spring? It started to snow before Thanksgiving for gods sake.
