This baby will be Elizabeth Mills Lastname, but call her Liza!
Elizabeth is my DH's grandmother's name and Mills is my maiden name.
Our little girl will be:

Mcaffery is a suname of someone my husband knew and I like that it is different and Faith is one we have been throwing around for a while but with out last name I did not want it to be her first name because it is too much like Faith Hill. lol. Of course Hubby said no one will know who she is once LO gets old enough but I didnt care. So she gets it as a middle name.

We just like it.
Our LO's first name is going to be "Grace". However, we are having a hard time coming up with a middle name.
Since Grace is kind of girly, I want something not so feminine and probably more on the unique/uncommon side of things for the middle name.
Right now the only name on the table is Allison Thayer, both are old family surnames. I'm not 100% positive though.
Another name that I adore is Bailey, it sounds super cute with our last name, but it has absolutely no relation to our families or any sort of signifigance at all, and I think that's a deal-breaker for me.

We used DH's grandparents' initials and the middle name is Hebrew.

Yes, her name was chosen well before we knew it was a girl.
Brooklyn Elsie.
Brooklyn because we both loved it (rare).
Elsie because it is DH's grandmothers name (they were very close.)
My niece's name is Annalise and we call her Anna for short, I really think it's a pretty name.
We're naming our little girl Oliva Leana; Olivia because we really like the name and Leana because I just lost my grandmother in January and her name was Leona so it's after her.
i don't know if it's a girl yet (AS in 2wks) but i'm just pretty hopeful.
But her name will be Eden Elizabeth. Eden, I LOVED after hearing it on tv, it's different but not too out there. No one in my family has the name or has ever heard of using Eden as a name. So even though it's increasing in popularity, it isn't too popular in my area.
Elizabeth is a family name, it's my great grandmother, grandmother, mother, & a couple of aunt's middle names and his mom's first name is Elizabeth so i thought it was perfect
We are team blue but we had a name picked out for a girl... Susanna Jane
Susanna is to honor my late grandma (Suzanne) and DH's late aunt (Susan).
Jane is my sisters middle name and my late grandmother's sisters name.
We will still use this name if we have a girl in the future.

We are being creative with our name.
My mom's family/MIL is from Germany (DH also grew up in Germany since his dad was military)
(Late) FIL was from Lithuania
My dad's parents were both from Italy.
We're using the Italian spelling of a semi-common Latin first name, a German middle name (not yet decided) and our Lithuanian (which sounds French) last name.
Everyone is honored without being specifically used in our daughters name.

Thinking of the name for this LO is really tough. We had a hard time with DD#1, and this one seems just as difficult. We both don't like each others choices, and if you ask DD she wants to name her Strawberry Shortcake.
I'd like to use my mom's maiden name as the middle name, however it is quite "male", it is Pearce.
We haven't decided on a name yet as DH and I have completely different tastes. It took us a very long time to agree on a name for DD #1.
I will say that my favorite so far (which DH hasn't completely nixed) is Charlotte Noelle.

Middle name has family ties. Not the first. We just love it.
Our little girl's name will be Claire Elisabeth. Claire because out of the three I suggested DH likes it the best....see what help he is with names! I guess I can't complain. Elisabeth because it flows well and is classic, but I had to do a modern flair, twist with the "s" because I think it looks softer and really how often will people ever spell out her middle name except me or her.
Now I go tomorrow for our "big u/s" and I am just hoping 1) the spot on her heart is cleared up (fingers crossed, prayers being said) or looks fine, and 2) it's a girl, not a surprise, oops it's a boy.

We chose Lydia because it's a traditional name, but not overused, and goes well with Quentin. Jean is my DH's grandmother's first name, and my MIL's middle name.
