left upper back pain

22 weeks and having stabbing left upper back pain on and off.?  Normal or should I be concerned?

    Is it under your shoulder blade? I get pain under my right.. Update us if you do call your dr.

    I've been having left upper, but more mid-back pain, too. The pain is closer to my spine and nothing helps it go away. It's usually better in the mornings, though. I told my doc and she took a urine culture and it ended up being a minor kidney infection, so def call your doc about it!!
