Why!? Why did they turn Sweet Valley High into a Soap Opera???
Wow, I just read the description of the new book and was floored. I LOVED the Sweet Valley High books when I was a kid, loved them. Why did they have to turn it into Desperate Housewives or something? Really!?

I usually lurk but I saw your post and had to comment. I just finished reading the new one and I am so disappointed. It was like ready really bad fan fiction and I am so upset that I bought it. I have to say though that as the series went on it became more and more soap operaish (evil twin, anyone?) but at least that was entertaining...
