Cross your fingers for me ladies!!!
This is the only other IUI we're going to do before moving on to IVF in the summer. It would be really nice if we had a 'miracle' and saved ourselves about $15,000.00 OOP (oh yah, and had our dreams for a family come true too!).

June/July 2011 - IVF #1 - Transfer cancelled due to OHSS
23 perfect embryos. All 23 made it to freezing!
September/October - FET #1 - October 12th - 2 Grade A embies
October 20th - BFP??! EDD - July 1, 2012
Beta #1 = 154, Beta #2 = 352 Beta #3 = 3,800
U/S #2 - November 14th = 133 bpm! U/S #3 & 4 - November 30th and December 7th = 163 bpm! U/S#5 - January 30th - TEAM PINK!!!

Sadly, I don't know... there are only a handful of fertility clinics in Canada and the one in my Province doesn't monitor via ultrasound for IUI cycles. It's part of the reason we chose to only do two IUIs. I'm not comfortable not being monitored.

Well since I see you did clomid in the fall, I assume you're not on a FSH of any kind so then you kinda know that you most likely have just one. But one is all you need! I hope it goes well and you can avoid IVF. I'm OOP too so I know wanting to avoid any additional costs.

I'm not sure. I had requested and received a referral for an US (begrudgingly from my R.E.) when I was on 50 mg. of Clomid. At that time I had 3 follies (2 on my right and 1 on my left) at 2.5 cm - 2.7 cm each. This round I'm on 100 mg (I realize that doesn't mean more follies. It would be nice to know for sure).

We are in the exact same position. We are doing 1 IUI next week, and if it does not work, we are moving on to IVF this summer. But would be amazing if the IUI worked and saved us tons of $$$$.

Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!

The IUI went well! It was way less painful than my first and DH's post-wash count was 36 million.
I'm not going to get my hopes up too much since even with the best sperm count in the world and multiple eggs, they still won't meet if my tubes are damaged.
Oh well, here's to a step in the right direction! Good luck to everyone else this cycle!!
