Scott Carl

Dexter James

Oscar James

Alexander James

I like them all. I am assuming Carl is a family name.

DH nixed Dexter because of the serial killer connection, but I wouldn't mind a kid named after Dexter Morgan at all. He's hot, and has morals and values, even they are a tiny bit skewed.

My favorite is Alexander James, Dexter would be second (I am in love with Dexter so I am biased. DH would never agree with it because he thinks people would think we named him after the character. People know we are big fans so that might seem a little crazy/fanatic). When I hear Carl all I can think of is the show Family Matters, haha.

I do not like the name Oscar at all! Just not a vey nice name. Oscar the grouch ; ) Not a huge fan of Dexter either, but it's not as bad as Oscar : )

H and I have had this same conversation. I said no because of the show and his response was, "But he's a family man with a code."
