New Life Agency IVF Insurance?

Does anyone have any experience with this program? Strangely my RE is listed as a provider https://www.newlifeagency.com/provider_network/index.cfm however when I called my RE's office they said that they have never heard of this program and they do not accept this as a form of insurance?!?

    Hmmmm.....it says they've been around for more than 12 years but I've never heard of them and I have done TONS of internet searches over the last few years and they never popped up.  I am trying to sort through all the fine print on their website and it doesn't sound quite as good as it seems on it's surface.  I'm definitely going to check into it more though.  I do find it very worrisome that they have your office listed but they've never heard of them, that sets of alarm bells to me.
    Me - Hypothyroidism & Endometriosis
    DH - Low Testosterone (but normal SA)
    December 2008 - Pregnancy Loss @ 17 1/2 weeks (Trisomy 18)
    September 2009 - HSG all clear!
    April & May 2010 - 2 Failed IUI's
    August 2010 - Laparosocopy - all endo adhesions removed!
    1st IVF cycle - January 2011 - BFN
    FET#1 - April 2011 - BFN
    FET#2 - June 2011 - BFN
