AW: I HAVE to show you guys my purchases.

So because of everything that has been going on I decided to go ahead and finish picking up the baby's things. I know it was risky but I was really feeling so much better today. I haven't had ANY contractions today at all. Not even BH. Even during the outing. We were only gone for about 2 hours.

First the baby finally has a place to sleep. Crib mattress. No cost to me. Yay gift cards!

Second, we got some shirts from JCP and as cute as they were they were just not needed. So I took them back and got this instead. She's going to be the best looking baby at church.

Third, I took back an ok looking outfit from Children's Place and got her swimsuit finally! It was the only 0-3 month suit in the store. Score! Oh and I didn't pay a dime extra.

    I have almost the exact same crib, color in all (only I have the Somerset). I am also very very jealous of the bathing suit! I cannot find one in 0-3 anywhere!

    Edit: (I some how posted before I was done). They are adorable, and yay for no contractions!! Keep it up!

    Try Children's Place, Gymboree, or Kohls. There's also a post about it from the other day. I think Sunday. Link

    Ooh, I LOVE!  Definitely the best-dressed baby.  :)  I just bought LO's first bathing suit, sunhat, and a tiny terry cover-up.  I really liked that swimsuit from The Children's Place, but we don't have a local store and I didn't have anything else I wanted to order from there.  It's adorable!

    Who wants them tomorrow?  If no one offers to take them I will just pick at random!  I'm trying to handle too much over here!  I need to clean my house for showings this week!!!

    I love that swimsuit! I have searching everywhere for a 0-3 month suit for our little guy. I will have to check out Children's Place for sure!

    Thanks. DH and I had to be all budgety. We are living on a really tight funds right now. I think we were able to get at least 400 dollars worth of stuff for about 130. Its been amazing and we are officially done buying things for the baby. We have absolutely everything we need and some extras. I feel so blessed.

    Wow, that's an awesome return on your investment! :)  And good for you guys for being ready to go, I'm jealous!

    We are on a tight budget right now too, since the firm I worked for went out of business 3 weeks before I found out I was pregnant.  Unemployment per month is what I used to make in a little over week.  Tongue Tied  Everything I have bought for the baby so far has been on sale, and somehow it all miraculously goes together.  I've gotten so lucky!  Between that and the generosity of friends and family we feel very fortunate as well.
