Nannies in Metairie

Does anyone have a recommendation for a nanny in Metairie?  I'm looking for someone to come from 7:45 until 2:45 on weekdays.

 If not, does anyone have any advice on how to go about finding a nanny?  TDaycare just doesn't seem to be working for my child.

    I have a great babysitter who does nanny work during the day- she has a family already, but I could let her know to see if she knows anyone.
