Ideas on what to get my BFF who just found out she's pregnant?

My BFF just found out she's pregnant and I want to give her something.  She already has all of what I consider to be important pregnancy books and I was going to give her my Bella Bands since they are in good condition.  I was thinking of a massage or a pedicure but I'm wondering if there are other suggestions.  TIA!

    A pregnancy journal! Mine had daily info on development and I loved reading it every night with DH.

    Maybe a gift card to Old Navy or Gap for maternity clothes? I would have loved that. That stuff added up quickly.

    I'm in this same situation so I'm wondering about ideas myself.

    A packet of prunes (just joking). A mani/pedi would be nice. I also like the Gap/Old Navy voucher idea. Also, some nice lotions/skin creams?

    What about a "starter kit" of sorts.  You could put things in like tums, ginger ale, sour candy, preg pops, sea bands, gift certificate to her favorite restaurant/dessert place to satisfy a craving or two, bella bands, etc.  Or maybe one of those nice snuggle pillows?  I got my BFF a nice nursing cover but that's only because I knew she was extremely set on breastfeeding.

    I always get The Belly Book it's not usually one that they pick up when they get pg books. It's super fun and everyone I've gotten it for has loved it.
