    We did, to our MW because we became really close with her throughout the 9 months...we still send her Xmas cards and DS is 4 now!  :)

    I'm sending one to our OB, and including a newborn pic with a thank you card for both of my m/w's. I had an appt with my primary m/w yesterday and started to cry since it was the last time I will see her!
