I am BF and also pumping to build up a freezer stash. I usually feed DD on one side and pump the other. Last night while I was pumping my right breast started hurting like crazy. I adjusted the setting on the pump to the lowest one and it still hurt. I figured I pumped for too long or something. I woke up this morning and it is still super sore - only the right one. Could it be a clogged duct? It hurts all over even my nip is sore. What can I do to get relief? Will it go away on its own or do I need to call the doctor? TIA

I got rid of mine w/ lecithin supplements- you can get at drug store.
