we can guess what she's dressed up as for Halloween. She says it's a play on words. She's wearing hoop earrings through a folded $1 bill in each ear. What could she be?

She said she thought about wearing a shoe on top of her head and wearing a pink sweat outfit to be gum stuck to a shoe. She also said she thought about a white sweat outfit with a big yellow circle on the front and wearing devil horns on her head...deviled eggs.

Someone help me figure her out!
