we are going to disney in May and DS will be 10 months and I want a carrier to wear him for the lines and some walking. He is about 24 lbs now so I want something comfy for him as well as me

    Gotta be the ergo.  I have used a moby, a maya wrap, a mai tei, and now the ergo. I loved the maya when he was little but now that's he's bigger, the ergo is by far teh most comfortable.  We went with the sport version because the material is supposed to be more breathable, hence cooler in the heat.  Also, you can do front, back, and hip carries.  GL

    I recommend the Ergo.  My daughter is also 24 lbs and I can carry her all around the mall plus Costco with no problem.

    I have a Beco and love it (similar to the Ergo).  It's very comfortable.  I have the Butterfly which allows for front and back carry (front carry is for facing the parent only) but they do have the Gemini which allows for hip, front-facing front carry, rear-facing front carry, and back carry.

    try the Beco Gemini. I love mine. It's comfy like the Ergo, but more versatile. And cuter!
