WWBOTB Wear? (Job Interview)

Ok, I am currently working for my sister's accounting office, but that job is over in 2 weeks.  I'm still finishing the PhD (hopefully December) so I can't really enter any official academic job searches at the moment.

So, for the summer, I have been looking for a job.  I have an interview at a local Babies R Us Photo Studio (Kiddie Kandids) which I think will be really fun as I love photography and babies.  

What would you wear to such an interview? It's inside a Babies R Us, it's an hourly plus sales position.  Do you think dress pants and a nice shirt/cardigan would be ok?  I feel like a suit would be overkill for this situation.

    Kiddie Kandids just got bought by the same company that owned the studio I used to work at (CPI, they own Sears portraits, Picture me! and Kiddie Kandids)

    When we interviewed some one nice slacks and a cute blouse were preferable. Also they're probably going to ask you some weird questions as part of the interveiw (like math problems) but that's just because they have to ask them, dont let the weird questions freak you out. 

    Good luck! I really miss that job, it was a lot of fun!

    Oh, this is so helpful! Thanks!  The online pre-interview test they gave me was all basic math word problems. So weird. Thankfully, the girl on the phone warned me ahead of time to have a calculator handy!

    I am really excited to have this as a summer job to get us through a few months while school doesn't pay me.
