I got a small one from World Market that holds about 20, it was only $15 and it was really cute so you could always get two of those. Also, Michael's had some big ones but they were pretty expensive ($35-$50).
my mom got me a cheap cardboard one but mostly i just put boxes under a table cloth at different heights to put some out like that too. i would like a nice tower tho one day.
Re: Cupcake Tower
I bought two from crate and barrel about a month ago because they were onsale specifically thinking i would use them for reese's birthday party.
They look like THIS but were white.
I also just made a cupcake stand for a baby shower...i followed the instructions from Annie's Eats:
Cupcake Tower
It was really easy to make and turned out really nice!

I made my own for the wedding - here's instructions on my blog:

Donna, I have two Liberty of London sweets stands you could borrow. I used them for my sister's shower but I think they only held 36 cupcakes.
I've used https://www.cupcaketree.com/ a couple of times. It's just a cardboard stand and you can decorate it however you want.
I also have a large Wilton cupcake tower that we used at my wedding - we actually had a donut tower for the "groom's cake". Here it is:

You don't have to use all of the tiers. You are welcome to borrow it if that's what you are looking for.
