"no, no, no, that'll never work!"
"but what if I did THIS??"
"heh, you're silly."

Haha this is cute!
Will and Dash have versions of this - one will make a certain noise and the other one will mimic it, or they'll say opposing words (e.g., Dash will say "mamamamama" and Will will turn around and say "dadadadada"). Every once in a while they do seem to be having conversations, although of course at this age that's not what they're really doing - I think they're just kind of enjoying the illusion of a conversation, if that makes sense.
That said, I have to admit that I side eyed the newscaster comment in the ABC link about "40% of twins having a secret language" - from what I've read, it's much lower (I think it's like 1%, or maybe less who have a genuine secret language). But it does happen from time to time!
It really is interesting to watch twins interact though - they pick up on each other's cues sooo much. Like how they'll be sitting across the room from each other, chatting and laughing and then will suddenly and simultaneously lunge forward and charge on all fours until they collide in the middle of the room. How did they know to do that at the exact same time? Maybe they have a little secret hand signal lol!
