1. When did you get married? June 24, 2006
2. Where did you get married? The Maui Eldorado on Kaanapali Beach.
3. How long had you been together? The least complicated answer is since October 2001.
4. Where did you honeymoon? We stayed on Maui for two more days (we were there a week before the wedding) and then went to Kauai for five.
5. What were your wedding colors? Fuschia and sage green.
6. How many guests were at your wedding? 30 -- and one crasher. WTF.
7. Your first-dance song? "The First, The Last, My Everything" by Barry White.
8. Did you have a cake-cutting song? If so, what? "Pour Some Sugar On Me" by Def Leppard, which still surprises people -- *I* chose it.
9. Did you and/or your DH cry at your wedding? I cried buckets. It was kind of embarrassing. DH cried a little.
10. Something that went off without a hitch? The caterer was a PITA to deal with over e-mail but the food was AMAZING.
11. Something that went wrong? Uh, the minister didn't show up?!?! We had to call in an eleventh hour emergency minister who was friends with the caterer. He was awesome, but the situation was horrible!
12. If you had to do it all over again, would you do it the same? Absolutely. Getting married at sunset was a dream come true.

2. Where did you get married? St.Thomas More Catholic Church, reception at the DAR.
3. How long had you been together? 6 years!!
4. Where did you honeymoon? Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
5. What were your wedding colors? bright red and peachy-orange
6. How many guests were at your wedding? um, I think around 110
7. Your first-dance song? At Last, by Etta James (see questions 3)
8. Did you have a cake-cutting song? If so, what? We did, but I have NO idea what it was.
9. Did you and/or your DH cry at your wedding? Yep, we both did just a little. Mostly we just had a blast!
10. Something that went off without a hitch? Lots, the ceremony was perfect, the food was amazing, and the company was best of all. And in the end, we said our vows and had a signed marriage license, the most important parts.
11. Something that went wrong? Our cake showed up several hours late. The reception was already in full swing.
12. If you had to do it all over again, would you do it the same? Yep! We had SO much fun. Our friends and family still talk about what a fun wedding it was and it was perfect for us at that time in our lives.

4. Where did you honeymoon? We spent 2 days in Beverly Hills, 3 days at Disneyland and a week long Mexican Riviera cruise.

9. Did you and/or your DH cry at your wedding? There is a great photo in our album that is DH bawling during his vows. We both cried at our wedding.
10. Something that went off without a hitch? The ceremony, Hair and Makeup most things went off without a hitch.
11. Something that went wrong? Our caterer locked her keys in the car when loading the food into the vehicle to transport to the venue. All was resolved in about 30 minutes and with the help of 4 store employees and 2 city cops. My BMs dress came in and she ordered it 2 sizes too small. She didn't think about alterations until the week of the wedding so the lady that altered my dress spent the night before our wedding ripping apart the whole bodice of the dress and letting it out as much as possible. We still had to put her in spanx and a corset to get the dress to fit her. We told her to order at least one size bigger than she did and she didn't listen to us.
12. If you had to do it all over again, would you do it the same? The only thing I would do differently is not have had the caterer make so much food. We anticipated about 125 people to show up and we had several last minute cancellations and quite a few people we work with who also didn't come. So we had enough left overs for a week. Guests and family went home with lots of food and nothing went to waste.

8. Did you have a cake-cutting song? If so, what? No clue - told the DJ to do something nice.
9. Did you and/or your DH cry at your wedding? Me - a lot. DH - only at the toasts, when they talked about how much his late father would have been happy for the marriage.
10. Something that went off without a hitch? The whole shebang. Really, I was on cloud 9. I'm sure things went wrong but I didn't care, that's what my planner was for.

12. If you had to do it all over again, would you do it the same? Yep. My dream wedding was elegant and fun, and I think I got it. Plus, the next day we went to my church and got married all over again, so that was awesome.

11. Something that went wrong? I spilled spaghetti sauce on my dress - #1 reason why every bride needs to carry Shout wipes!!! It took it right out and you couldn't even tell I spilled anything
12. If you had to do it all over again, would you do it the same? In a heart beat! We had the best time. DH and I still talk about it and have both said that we would do it exactly the same way.

9. Did you and/or your DH cry at your wedding? Not really. I teared up a little just before we were pronounced husband and wife. I thought I would cry more that day, but really didn't.
10. Something that went off without a hitch? Our introduction into the reception was something we loved and won't forget!
11. Something that went wrong? My mom was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks before. She was in the hospital (in IL) and missed my wedding. Other than that, mostly small stuff. DJ played the wrong song for one of the ceremony parts (minor part, luckily) and didn't play 2 of our "must play" songs. I had a zit on my chin that I can see in a few pictures.
12. If you had to do it all over again, would you do it the same? For the most part, I would. There are some little details I would change, though. And if we could afford a little bit more, I would change the photographer and move the date from a Sunday to a Saturday.

We didn't actually get married, I realized the Friday before we got married that we had forgotten to get a marriage license, and with the 4 day waiting period there was no way we could get one in time. I called our Priest and he laughed yes laughed, then said this was a first for him. But to just get married and on Monday get a license. We were officially Mr. and Mrs. On September 19th in a Bellevue Starbucks. Yep, still have the napkins.
12. If you had to do it all over again, would you do it the same? Probably not, I was 20 years old, I'm sure if we waited a few years my taste would had changed.

11. Something that went wrong? The honeymoon destination was supposed to be a surprise and my mom spilled the beans about a month before the wedding.
12. If you had to do it all over again, would you do it the same? I would change a few things, for sure. Different guest list, ceremony and reception at the same venue instead of changing locations. ETA: Also, it was nearly 7 years ago- I was 19, DH was 22, my tastes have changed, my friendships have changed, etc.

12. If you had to do it all over again, would you do it the same? Nope. I would tell my MIL that it was our day and we would do it in Hawaii like we originally planned. MIL told us that it would be inconsiderate of the oldies (grandparents) since they didn't travel well. And then she planned a family reunion to Hawaii a few months later that we couldn't make it to. Oldies were there. I am still bitter, six years later!!

4. Where did you honeymoon? Mukilteo - just 2 nights, walked home (we had someone drive us there from the wedding and didn't think far enough ahead to have a car there for us....it was 5 miles from home though luckily)

6. How many guests were at your wedding? 120ish - 30 of my family members boycotted because of a FB status. I sh*t you not.

Was not going to get a dress (only engaged a month!) but found a beautiful one off the sale rack at Cicada downtown. 2nd dress I ever tried on - done deal! Also was not going to do flowers but ended up getting a TON of bouquets at Pike Market the morning of for about $60 - gorgeous!
11. Something that went wrong? Nothing really - but my brothers stayed too long at the reception that night - playing poker. I had to eventually kick them out!

2. Where did you get married? The Golf Club at Newcastle
3. How long had you been together? Not quite 20 months, engaged for all but 5 weeks of it.
4. Where did you honeymoon? We went amusement parking in Florida- WDW (all 4 parks), Universal (both parks), Sea World and Busch Gardens. We also spent a few days in Savannah.
5. What were your wedding colors? Lilac, pink, seafoam green, silver and white.

12. If you had to do it all over again, would you do it the same? If I planned a wedding for myself now, I'd probably have a lot more opinions about what I wanted. However I'm kind of glad we did it when we were young because it kept things uncomplicated and nobody went into thousands of dollars in debt just so we could get married.

11. Something that went wrong? - the only thing I can think of is that Rev Ray forgot to do the part where he asks who gives this bride. So my dad just sort of stood there awkwardly waiting

10. Something that went off without a hitch? My entrance song was totally perfect. Timed perfect, everything. I had a little "surprise" for the guests that nobody other than DH really knew about.
11. Something that went wrong? Ummm... yeah. Florist showed up with wilty flowers, our truck broke down when we went to get pictures taken, wrong song played (well, right song just no lyrics sung) during my daddy-daughter dance, bakery designed the cake wrong - but it was perfect otherwise.
12. If you had to do it all over again, would you do it the same. Probably. It truly was the best day ever.

10. Something that went off without a hitch? Lots of things! The decorating of the venue was super stress-free thanks to some amazing friends!!
11. Something that went wrong? The time I fell down the stairs and broke my foot. Melody saw it. It sucked.
12. If you had to do it all over again, would you do it the same? Absolutely - we still talk about how fun it was. I'd change the colors, though.

11. Something that went wrong? I ended up wearing an entire glass of red wine.
12. If you had to do it all over again, would you do it the same? Absolutely! A few minor changes here and there, but overall, I'd do it all again!
