Sometimes it takes a long time. So I get bored. I have watched Hulu Greek and ABC The Bachelor. What do you do? I have two more weeks of maternity leave and am out of shows.
I'm big on instant Netflix... right now I'm working my way through Psych and Scrubs, with the occasional British sketch comedy show in between.
I also read, but it tends to be a tad pointless, since turning pages is difficult, and any time I pull the book out, the feeding seems to only take 10 minutes.

I had Tivo record some of it's suggestions to check out. I paid bills one time but it was difficult to get LO positioned just so on the desk so I could hold her with just one hand and use the other hand on the mouse/keyboard.

Im on facebook constantly. They have games to make the time go by. Netflix documentaries also get me during long feedings. I did my taxes this year with DD in one arm...bad idea.
during the day, i nurse downstairs so i have access to the tv- i've added all the 'classics' to my netflix queue- annie hall, citizen kane, etc, etc. i also dvr old 90210 episodes and watch them A LOT. sometimes i read, but as pp mentioned, that's sort of a pita.
for nighttime feedings, which take place in lo's room without a tv, all i can say is thank god for my iphone- i search the internet, browse facebook and check email.
During the day I sit my butt in front of the TV. If I can position her just right, I can use my laptop too At night, it's all about the blackberry- I go on facebook, my local newspaper, and play sudoku! Night feedings are my least favorite... I'm so tired and so bored!!
Have you seen Swamp People on the History Channel, or Oddities on the Science channel? Those shows are crazy. Season 2 of Swamp People starts up next Thurs. at 9pm, and I totally have it set to DVR.
During the day I watch TV or read on my Kindle or bump on my iPhone or laptop. In the middle of the night, bump or Perez Hilton on my iPhone
I've been working my way through Friday Night Lights on Netflix -- it's really good if you haven't already seen it. Other faves for when I have down-time:
Damages (first season was really good)
Kidnapped
Arrested Development
30 Rock
24 (if you haven't seen it, the first season was FANTASTIC, but it's all downhill after that)
Sports Night (an oldie but goodie)
And I'm about to start the West Wing as I've never seen it but everyone loved it...
I watch tv a lot during the day when I'm nursing. At night I check fb on my phone and play games. Some of my fav. netflix shows are...Bones, Lie to Me, Law and Order SVU, Roswell, Harper's Island.
I try to keep DD occupied. We sit in her playroom and put puzzles together. She knows that mommy has to feed baby every 2 hours so she's usually okay with it - although lately it seems like she is getting a little jealous.

In the past I was usually watching Netflix instant, Bumping, email, or Facebook on my iPhone. Now that he's actually started making eye contact instead of staring at the wall I try to just look at him or sometimes talk to him.

Usually watching tv or surfing the net (most often theBump). At night, I sleep; because we side-lying nurse I can nap while he nurses and then either wake up to slide him back over to his sidecar crib, or just bedshare until he wakes me up several hours later so we can roll over and nurse the other side.
During the day, I watch TV to catch up on all my recorded trashy reality TV shows or look at Facebook or Perez Hilton on my cell phone. At night, I just stare at him and hold his hands so that we can have bonding time.

You girsl are talented! I feel like if I move my hand from dd's head she'll lose her latch. I normally just watch tv.
