Spotting vs bloody show
I feel like I've been posting a ton today - I appologise.
After my previous internals I had spotting. It was always the next morning, small and brown. I had my membranes stripped today (which btw was a lot more uncomfortable than I anticipated) and the past two times I've gone to the bathroom I've had bright red blood. The last time I just kept wiping over and over. I'd say it was similar to the start of a period.
I'd really rather not call the on call ob and didn't even think to ask how much bleeding to expect associated with the stripping...

If it is bright red you better call the doctor!
My spotting after membrane stripping was light pink or brown. My MP was chunky mucus with a little bit of pink in it.
Bright red blood is always a case to call the doctor!
I called the on-call doctor. She said since it has slowed down she's not concerned. If the baby stops moving or if it increases back to go to L&D, otherwise I should be fine.
Thanks ladies... maybe the baby will come before Friday!!
He hasn't touched them since I got knocked up, and if you give me a minute, I can tell you the exact date and time thanks to my handy dandy app. LOL
My OB acted like there was no hope for me. I was 1-2cm, and LO was really high. OB started discussing induction. Thumbs down! I put my breast pump on at 7:30pm, and my water broke at 10:15pm. And the most ironic part? I was watching One Born Every Minute.

If I had a pump I'd try it but we were waiting on the pump until we see how LO reacts to my medication outside the womb. Maybe I'll make DH work on them instead lol...
You need to tell YH he needs to get his act together in 2ish short weeks
Heck yes I had an app when we were trying to get pregnant! I tracked everything. The time my period started, ended, when we had sex, if it was a full moon or not...ok I wasn't that extreme.
I find DH way sexier now that he's a dad. Am I ready to jump his bones? Eh...it depends on who's up with Jake the night before. LOL
Last night...I can't believe I'm sharing this...long story short he was off to bed, and I was stretched out on the couch. He gave me a hug and a kiss...and then was trying to get a little further. I got the major giggles...like a school girl....then told him to stop, because we couldn't do anything. So he gives me another hug, and I scrunch all up and tell him he's making me nervous. He starts going, "What?!? I'm just hugging you! I'm not being a pervert! Get your mind out of the gutter!!" Yeah...he had the biggest hard on ever.
I can't believe I just told the world of the bump this. LOL
