his left ear noticeably bigger than his right. As someone who is a "picker" it kind of drives me nuts. I just want to stretch his little right ear out to match his left one- not that it is even possible to do. It is like he got his daddy's ear on the left and my ear on the right...poor kid. Think it will even out? lol

Haha, I thought about that but with our luck it will go curly once it is long like DH's does. Instead of going over is ears he will just grow wings.

It might and then again, it might not...
When dd was about 8 months old, it was noticable that one of her ears was farther foward on one side. As she got bigger they did even out and you can't notice now. But it is very common to have some things not match on the other side...
I would say it normal not to have anything that is a carbon copy on your body. I was just watching him while he sleeps and my OCD wanted to kick in. Haha, and I actually wasn't the person who noticed it at first. A few different people have commented on them.
ETA: the whole 'ears' things within my extended family is a big subject. The men on that side of the family have some HUGE ears that never stop growing...lol.
