    Dude, I eats the sushi once a week at least and there is no reason not to. I <3 sushi and when I lived in Japan, I ate at sushi places all the time while pg with DS and DD. It was cooked sushi, bt still.

    I've had sushi about 8 times since having DS. 9 months without it was torture.

    The LC who taught the BFing class while I was in the hospital said sushi is fine.  She actually said anything in moderation is fine.  I love sushi although I haven't had it yet...but what I'm really looking forward to are oysters!

    I had my first taste of sushi while I was BFing.

    Not sure it is my thing but it wasn't bad.
