so i think that leaking breastmilk at 19 weeks is very strange... but then again i freak out about everything! this is my first time at this and my mom hasnt had a baby in 24 years so getting advice is a little hard. does anyone else think that i should worry or do i need to relax and start wearing nipple pads!?!?!?!

    I am leaking now at 17 weeks. It seems I started earlier and earlier with each kid (this is the fourth). And while I don't leak enough to stain my bra or soak through a shirt (so I don't wear nipple pads, also it's probably ill advised you wanna let those suckers breathe if you're not saturating yourself) it's enough that when I wake up in the morning there is a sticky sort of colostrum crust on my nipple.

    You think leaking so soon is weird, it took two full years from stopping breast feeding my second for my breasts to STOP finally leaking.
