Do you feel "kicks"

I read about this in my pregnancy books but it just started happening. Every once in a while I get what I assume is a muscle twitch in my abdomen that feels just like when E was kicking. I almost took a test the other day because I was cramping, threw up while brushing my teeth, and felt a few "kicks" that day, even though it's impossible.

  • not yet, but after DD1 I did all of the time up until i was pregnant again!  My mom said she used to feel them sometimes on and off for years after each of her pregnancies.

  • I get it, too, and people who had been pregnant before actually told me it would happen. Sometimes for a split second I think I'm pregnant again; then I remember we haven't had another $50,000 recently to buy a second one.

  • LoL this is funny that you posted this and I just happened to see it. I was feeling "kicks" last night and almost had a heart attack thinking i was preggo again lol! I figured it was gas, it's cool to know that alot of women feel these after delivering.
  • Yes. It is enough to make your heart stop.
  • Yes thanks for posting! I felt this the other day and thought maybe it was just a sleep deprived hallucination. Never heard of it happening so I didn't think much of it.

  • I totally do.  Freaks me the fvck out.
I give up trying to get a ticker.  I have a DD that is 2.5 years old and is awesome.  Maybe I'll add a quote to distinguish myself.  Hmmm.  How about...
