Depends on where you are in the cycle and how much you feel up to doing.
I was at full speed during the BCP phase and then the stims kicked my ass. I had all sorts of things lined up to do, not crazy- like painting a wall in the house with our little electric pump roller. Low impact. And I just don't have the oomph to do it. Brisk walking seems like a dream at this point- I fell asleep in the middle of 3 toddlers screaming and 4 adults gossiping at like 8pm last night because I did too much during the day. I've gotten basically every physical symptom in the med packets except OHSS (hopefully I won't get that one) and I've still got days and days to go so I'm on one extreme. My SIL was on the other extreme- she got incredibly emotional but felt great physically until retrieval.
My RE says whatever you feel up to until retrieval. Rest retrieval day, and stay low impact (walking/swimming) until transfer and after transfer- slow walking and swimming after bed rest until heartbeat. But my RE is really cautious post transfer

I was told no high impact or twisting from around cd8+, or earlier if you're uncomfortable, to prevent ovary torsion. Other people on the boards have been given stricter or less strict advice, so I'd ask your RE what they recommend.
I didn't feel like doing anything after I started stims. I did go for a leisurely walk today (day after ER). Make sure you are paying attention to your body...this isn't a time to push yourself.

I only went for walks during stims. Honestly, I wasn't capable of much more. Just listen to your body and be mindful of the possibility of ovarian torsion.

I have to agree with everyone else!! Do not over exert yourself! I didn't want to do anything during stimming.. My whole body was just uncomfortable. I developed OHSS with IVF # 1 and between ER and ET I was soo bloated and miserable, I rode the granny cart at Costco!!! And I didn't even care how silly I looked. So just be very aware of your body and how you are feeling!!! Good luck!!!

This. And after ER I didn't feel like doing anything and I wasn't allowed to do anything from ET through negative betas.

My nurses were even giving me a side eye when I came in with only 8 measurable follies on my first check and dragging like I'd been through 4 rounds in a boxing ring. Normally I'm very rarely ill enough to actually get slowed down but I am not having fun anymore. I need this to work because I'm not sure my husband would let me try again now that he knows how I react to the meds.
On the plus side, I got 14 hours of sleep and I actually made it through a trip to Costco without feeling bad. Today is a great day after the last week! No brisk walking, but a little bit of slow walking felt good
