FP Laugh and Learn activity table

If you have the FP laugh and  learn learning activity table where did you get it and how much was it?

I went to BRU today to buy it for DD for Christmas since I  had a 20% off coupon, but they only had the music one.  I didn't think the music one was as nice as the other one (its the one that has the food theme with the bowl of alphabet soup in the middle).

At amazon its $84.99, but I found a website that has it for $29...which seems suspicious!  (its etoys.com).  Just wondering where you got yours and how much!

    I am actually hoping to find DD one off of craigslist. I would rather pay $20 for something that she may not like. Plus, then I can re-sell it for basically what I paid for it.

    I thought I saw it for about $40 on the FP website, but maybe that was the music one....

     I'm also hoping to get one off Craigslist. They seem to run about $20 here.

    You can also try posting an ad on craigslist saying that you are looking for one. I have had good luck that way. I did that with our exersaucer and jumperoo. I got a ton of emails, then I can go through see what each person wants and go from there. It is great!

    I keep meaning to do that for this item but I keep putting it off.

    Thanks for the idea!! I didn't realize I could do that, I don't really use craigslist much.  I'll give it a try!

    The one on FP website is the music one...they don't seem to have the other one even on their site.  I wonder if it was discontinued or something!

    Toys r us had them both, if I remember correctly they are within about $5 of each other (around $40).

    One thing to keep in mind when shopping for it used. The FP Laugh and Learn was recalled in November 2007 due to choking hazard. Obviously they fixed the problem with the newer ones.

    That recall was for the kitchen, not the table. We have the laugh and learn table and DS loves it. I bought it at BRU for $40.

    Ahh, I hadn't clicked on the link yet!

    Is your activity table the food theme with the alphabet bowl in the middle??  Our BRUs only has the music one for around $40.  Amazon has the one I want for so much more, I would love if I could find it for around $40!   I guess I'll have to try TRU too.
