help changing my sig-

how do i change the pic in my signature? i know how to get to that page but how do i make the photo small enough. i know to use photobucket but when i put it in the sig box i cant get it to do right!

    I had issues a few weeks ago and ended up just deleted the entire siggy and starting from scratch. I kept getting error messages.
