I want to enroll DD for lessons. We did a trial at Aquatots in Woodstock last year. The location just isn't that convenient for us. Has anyone tried this place?

We did classes last year. Honestly, I wasn't so impressed. DD never bonded with the teacher at all. And towards the end of the season, the teacher was absent a lot and we had fill ins - the fill ins were pretty awful.
Now, my DD is not a very adventurous girl, and I think swimming just really isn't her "thing" anyway so that might have something to do with it. But I just didn't see the value of having a teacher sing songs in the pool with us and I could just do that myself with her. We're going to have private swim lessons this year. I just want DD to not be afraid of the water and know how to swim.
Check out www.survivalswimschool.com! Your child will learn to swim and float. Lessons are private. be sure to watch the videos on the site to see what the kids learn, truly amazing!
