Trying to do it early, ladies!
For me (I've been doing Wed to Tues because of our CSA box, but I'll include today):
Mon: Chicken tikka masala, rice, raita, Indian-spiced lentils with kale
Tues: out
Wed: Whole wheat spaghetti with beans, beet greens, red onion, etc.
Thurs: out
Fri: Chicken fricassee, mashed potatoes, and braised red chard
Sat: Pizza (one with fresh mozzarella, the other with gorgonzola, mushrooms, artichokes)
Sun: Braised duck legs, salad with roasted beets and goat cheese
Mon: Fish, oven fries, roasted asparagus with lemon
Tues: out

Sunday: Pierogi and kielbasa bake, chocolate mousse.
Monday: Weeknight bolognese, salad, garlic bread.
Tuesday: White bean chicken chili
Wednesday: Stuffed yellow peppers, healthy 'refried' beans
Thursday: Red lentil soup with lemon, whole wheat pita bread
Friday: I am taking photos at a fundraiser and then having drinks with friends, so DH and DD are on their own. Probably leftovers.
Sun: Baked breaded chicken (dipped in ceasar dressing and then in bread crumbs w/ parm cheese), couscous, beans
Mon: Leftovers (tacos)
Tues: Leftovers (chicken), potatoes, veggies
Wed: Ravioli with (meat?) sauce, veggies
Thurs: balsamic rosemary pork tenderloin, rice, veggies
Fri: grilled cheese and tomato soup
Sat: OOT
Sun: OOT

Fri-Leftovers or taco's maybe? No plan yet. haha
M- tortellini with chicken, broccoli and peas
T- tempura shrimp with veggie fried rice
W- beef brisket tacos
T- stuffed chicken breasts with pierogis and broccoli
F- veggie lasagna
S- leftover brisket over greens
S- take out
Mon -the portabello Parmesan & zucchini sticks Kel posted ... SO good!
Tues - polenta w/ tomatoes & cannellini beans
Wed - spinach/swiss mac-n-cheese
Thurs - TVP western Carolina style BBQ sandwiches, sweet potato fries & slaw
Fri - pizza night
Sat - undecided
Sun - undecided
We get our first CSA market bag on Wed, so I'm waiting to plan weekend meals around that!
Mon- stuffed, boneless chicken thighs, roasted veggies (potato/carrot/onion/garlic/pepper/asparagus/mushroom)
Tues- stir fry
Wed- lasagna (freezer meal)
Thur- stew (freezer meal)
Fri- taco salad
Sat- penne with home-canned tomato sauce, salad
Sun- tortellini soup with cheesy garlic bread
Mon was fettachini alfredo with crimini mushrooms and broc with salad
Tonight: big green salad with tuna cakes and lemon aoili
Wed: tacos with black beans and rice
Thurs: chicken dumpling soup and bread and salad
Fri- might copy Mere's breaded baked chicken in cesar. That sounds good and easy!

Sunday- Family dinner at uncles house. Making baked brie app with puff pastry, pecans, honey and cranberries
