I have been using one similar to this lately. We don't have to carry as much stuff but it's still a roomy bag. It just doesn't have the insulated pocket that the chicco bag has.
2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!
Surprise! 12/16/14 BFP, loss #2 12/31/14
I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929
I found this Coach diaper bag while browsing the Outlets last weekend. The deal was too good to pass up, and I really liked the printand will use it as my take everywhere bag/purse. I'll probably get a second very neutral bag (an Eddie Bauer one, probably) from Target for MH, and specific 'diaper bag' needs.

wow, diaper bags change a lot in almost 4 years. lol. Neither of mine exist anymore apparently. I have a huge Columbia one that I love for long car trips or day trips to friend's houses, and a PBK messenger style one that is either a messenger bag or it converts to a back pack. Now PBK just sells other brands instead of their own in stores, weird.
I went with two because I went back to work p/t when I had DD so I needed a diaper bag that'd last all day at my cousin's house. So it held 4 bottles, snacks, extra clothes, bibs, favorite toys, and loads of diapers & wipes. My daytime one holds maybe 4 diapers, wipes, changes of clothes, and 2 bottles.
I got a Mia Bossi Lyndsey bag in black - slightly used from eBay. It's huge and I can wear the strap across my body, has a removable liner that can be washed and tons of pockets.
After 3 failed Clomid+TI cycles, DD was conceived with IUI#1
I'm getting this one as well. I like that it's solid on the outside so I don't have to worry so much about it matching. And I can definitely use it down the road as a regular purse.
This is the Land's End diaper bag - I'm getting it in black. Their stuff wears like iron, this is gender-neutral so DH can use it, and I think it will be big enough for twins.
Saving money while raising more kids than you bargained for!
I got this a couple of weeks ago at the outlet. They were having a really good sale with an extra 30% off. We're getting another messenger style bag for MH to carry.

I am getting the Thirty-One Cindy Tote. I love this bag and it is huge! Big enough for the two of my girls! I also have the organizing bag that I will use when the girls go to different places.
I just looked at her bags. I love them! Though I haven't decided what my budget is yet, hhhmmm.....
she has some great bags! I hesitated at the price at first, but now that I have it, I think it is excellent quality and would probably cost more like $400 if it was a more known brand. It has A TON of pockets which I love.
Re: PIP your diaper bag
Here is my larger one. DH picked this one out before DS was born. It was approved for him to be seen with.
I'm getting this one, in navy, from Vera Bradley and am pretty excited about it.

This is the Skip Hop versa bag. It comes in several colors/prints. It's $70.
We might get another one that looks a little less like a purse for the hubby
Mines a toss up between the Petunia Pickle Bottom bag in Moroccan Mint, or the JJCole bag in bronze:
I got this bag with his initials monogrammed on the side. Not specifically a diaper bag, but I love it.
Here is mine.. Vera Bradley Baby Bag in Very Berry Paisley!
DH will be rockin a Jeep one
I went with this one because the style isn't bad, it has 2 insulated bottle holders, and an optional padded shoulder strap

Cute! I want a backpack diaper bag as well, but they are harder to find.
Ordered this one from EcoBabyBuys last week.
Love it! DH would like this too ... not sure how into my zebra-ish print he is. Ha!

Timi and Leslie CJ Satchel. I got it at Buy Buy Baby for about half off. So I figured it would be my fancy bag.
I am still looking into what bag will be the everyday bag. I'm thinking about a Kate Spade Stevie or ultimately my dream Gucci diaper bag.

Here We Go Again!!
I LOVE this bag!! I want to get the one with the "milk" print for DH!
From an Etsy seller. Completely machine washable, and tons of space.
Paulina Carcash on Etsy - Love it!
Kate Spade 25th Street Stevie Bag. Bought it for a great price during their online sample sale. DH will have to get his own bag.
I have:
I also want:
I found this during the PPB outlet sale. I hope I like it when it arrives!
ETA: I will probably get one of the Columbia bags for MH to carry.
I'm torn between the Petunia Pickle Bottom Sashay Satchel in Tulips or Deco Dandelion or the Skip Hop Studio.
I can't figure out the PIP, so I'll just post links. These are the 2 we're going to get these 2 in black:
