homeopathic meds for stuffy nose/cold?

I know there have been posts on those honey/chestal meds for coughs. Do they make anything a 2 year old can take for a cold? I saw something called Boirons cold pellets but they say age 3 and up. Thanks!

for a cough you can give a tsp of plain o'l honey every 4-6 hours
