We were told to buy them and be ready for our next window back in June and lo and behold we conceived on our own just before the window. They have been in my fridge the entire time... I hate to dump them but I assume it is time...?
if they have been refridgerated and unopened and not past expiration date they are still good.

Donating fertility drugs??? Is it legal? I thought they were like any other drug "can only be taken by the person it is perscribed to"???
I'm curious if anyone has a website with with info on donating fert drugs? I'm curious myslef since after 3 IUIs I have a 2 follistim needles (75 IU each). Although I may end up using them in my upcoming IVF. But there is a chance I could have some leftovers (assuming I get KU).

Baby Girl # 2 TTC Since June 2013 Got pregnant on our own without Fertility Treatments - January 2016! Thank you snow storm Jonas! EDD 10/15/16 At 20-week anatomy scan found IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction), and very low Amniotic Fluid. Now, I'm High Risk and have weekly ultrasounds to monitor fluid and growth. If baby runs out of room or is too growth restricted, they will deliver ASAP. My current goal is to make it to 28 weeks!
The legal question comes up ALOT. Every state has it's own rules regarding redistributing unused meds. In Florida for example you are able donate your unused meds for CANCER patients, there has not been any ruling on any other type of drugs. Some states it is illegal to donate meds to other people. However, there are actually websites where people are selling their unused meds, I have no idea how those people are getting around the legality of it. I believe why this program works so well is that although we do not know the other people on the bump personally it gives them some comfort receiving meds from people that they have followed on the board, or their blog and it feels good to give meds to those without insurance that have provided support to us through our journey. Also, no one has ever gotten sick from a match made through this program... just Pregnant It is true that we have to take the 'needers' word for having been prescribed for these meds as well as them being completely oop for ivf. I have a full time job, so this is just something that I am doing to help others in my spare time. I do not get anything for being a coordinator, just the wonderful feeling of being able to help someone that is going through the same thing that I am.
I hope I have answered your questions... if you do not feel comfortable donating meds to this program, I completely understand. You can always check with your doctors' office to see if they accept donations.
