Guess I'm going to be a March mama after all

So my due date is April 2, but I've barely made any progress: 1 cm, 30% effaced, -2 station. He'd originally planned an induction for April 4th, but due to high BP at today's appointment, he's bumped it up to March 30th! I was ok with the April 4th date, especially since I've had some time to digest it. But hearing March 30th today sent me into a brief panic mode! Even though we're "ready", been packed, everything's washed and waiting to go, I felt an intense anxiety that it was too soon and I wasn't ready for anything. Now that it's the evening, I've fully embraced it (still a lil nervous, but I think it's at a normal level now). I can't believe she'll be here in roughly 48 hours. Can't believe I'm finally going to be a mama and will get to see the face of the person who will change my life forever. Good luck to all of you April mom's. It won't be long now!

I feel ya. I totally panicked when they decided to induce, and then was okay, and then when the time came, I was back to panicky. It all turned out great. I'm sure it will be great for you too!

Ha ha! Yea, I thought an earlier date would be music to my ears - especially since we've been walking like crazy, having sex, etc to try to get her out already. Didn't think I'd panic, but it's going to be ok. I just know it!
