Pediatric Orthopedics suggestions

So DD3 is still not walking (shes 20months) We've taken her to an orthopedic doctor at the suggestion of our ped. he didn't really say much even though you can clearly see her foot going in when she stands. He did say if shes still not walking in a couple of months to go see a pediatric orthopedists, why our ped just didn't give us one to begin with I'm not sure. They aren't much help right now as I called them back and the only reccomendation they gave me has a 6 month waiting list so I'm a bit upset at them about that but does anyone have a recommendation for one? We're in Loudoun county but honestly I'll go anywhere if they are great.
